Jovina LLC is known for fast delivery and excellent customer Service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product because of size or quality, please return such item within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange it for another item or for a refund.  All products that are on sale are final.  No returns are accepted for “Sale” items due to limited inventory.  Refunds will not include shipping charges, we will deduct shipping charges from the refund. All items returned must have original package and tickets, it can’t be stained, dirty or with odors. We will NOT accept returns on intimate products such as thongs, panties, Body Slimmers and Shapewears. We understand that their could be size issues that’s why we will exchange it for another item. Please return your package through a known shipping company to ensure delivery and to be traceable. We will not be responsible for lost packages coming from you, we will not provide any return labels, this will be our customers responsibility. You will be responsable to pay the shipping charges for the new item to be returned to you. We only provide free shipping on the original order. On the case of exchanging your product for another item with higher value, you will be responsible to pay the additional charge, you can use any method of payment we accept. (refer to payment methods) If a refund is issued, please keep in mind that we will refund your money using the same method you used to pay. If you paid with Credit Card or Debit card, remember that it could take up to 2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.

We ship worldwide. Small packages will be mailed through USPS Priority Mail International, this will take about 15 to 30 days of delivery. We will also offer Express Priority Mail International for an additional Charge. We will not be held responsible if your package is held at customs, we will try our best to ship your package as a comercial sample or gift, so you won’t have to pay additional taxes, but this is not always effective. Jovina LLC will no be responsible for additional taxes fee you may have to pay in your country. International Shipping is not Free. For Large Orders we will use the appropriate Shipping Company depending on the country.

All of our orders are processed within 24 hours. Small packages will be mailed using USPS Priority Mail, for orders more than 12 pieces we will use UPS. Time of delivery will depend on the carrier and location. We also offer Express Delivery for an additional charge.
